Sant Tee – Drop Forged Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting
The Sant Tee is a high-quality drop forged pipe fitting designed to provide a reliable branch connection in piping systems. The carbon steel used in the drop forging process contains sulphur and phosphorus limited to a maximum of 0.06% each, enhancing structural integrity, machinability, and resistance to cracking under operating conditions.
The fitting is supplied with screwed female ends conforming to BSP threads as per BS21 / IS:554, ensuring easy installation and secure, leak-proof connections with standard pipes. For specific project requirements, NPT or other thread types can be provided on request, offering flexibility across different piping systems and international standards.
Each Sant Tee is rigorously tested to ensure safety and reliability. As per IS:1239 (Part 2), the fittings undergo hydrostatic testing at 1000 psig, confirming their ability to withstand high pressure without leakage or deformation.
