Advance Dual Plate Check Valves
Advance Dual Plate Check Valves are high-performance non-return valves specially designed to prevent reverse flow in industrial piping systems. These valves are engineered to provide efficient, reliable, and maintenance-friendly operation while overcoming the limitations of conventional swing check valves and lift check valves.
The Dual Plate Check Valve features two spring-loaded plates mounted on a central hinge pin. When fluid flows through the pipeline, the plates open automatically. As the flow decreases, the torsion spring mechanism closes the plates instantly without requiring reverse flow. This advanced design eliminates water hammer effects and ensures silent, non-slamming operation.
Dual Plate Check Valves are manufactured using advanced engineering technology and high-quality materials to deliver superior durability, operational safety, and excellent flow performance in demanding industrial environments.

Working Principle
The Dual Plate Check Valve operates automatically using system flow pressure. During forward flow, the two spring-loaded plates open to allow smooth fluid passage. When the flow stops or reverses, torsion springs force the plates to close immediately before reverse flow occurs.
This rapid closing action prevents backflow, reduces pressure surges, and eliminates water hammer, making the valve ideal for sensitive industrial systems.
